Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of sinisterswiss.studio (the "site"), operated by SinisterSwiss Studios LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("SinisterSwiss Studios", "I", "me"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Ownership

The site and its content, including text, images, logos and key art, belong to SinisterSwiss Studios LLC or are used under license. The SinisterSwiss Studios, Tombwarden and Ferrum3D names and logos may not be used without permission, except as set out below.

Some artwork incorporates third-party assets used under their own licenses, including Kenney and Poly Haven (CC0), Mixamo, and the New Rocker typeface (SIL Open Font License).

What you may do

You may view the site and share links to it. Press, reviewers and content creators may use images from the site to cover or discuss Tombwarden or SinisterSwiss Studios, provided they are not altered in a misleading way and do not suggest an endorsement that does not exist. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.

What you may not do

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its server;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated requests at a volume that degrades it;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• present yourself as SinisterSwiss Studios, or as affiliated with it, without permission.

Games in development

Information about games and technology in development, including features, platforms, pricing and release dates, describes current plans only. It may change at any time and is not a promise that any product will be released or will include any particular feature.

Games sold through Steam or another store are subject to that store's terms (such as the Steam Subscriber Agreement) and to the game's own end-user license agreement. These terms do not govern your use of any game.

Links to other sites

The site may link to websites that SinisterSwiss Studios does not control. I am not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SinisterSwiss Studios LLC and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. The site is free to use; to the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from them or from the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place you live that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
